Please read and agree to these terms before purchasing. Customer Service Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. For Questions please call 512-339-0971. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the next business day.
Austin Outdoor Power (AOPE) is an online look up and parts dealer. Parts listed at Austin Outdoor Power are not listed as in stock, they are listed to let the consumer know what parts may be available.
Listings on this website are not an offer to sell goods; they are advertisements to receive offers. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Austin Outdoor Power. All prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order. We cannot make changes to the order after it has been confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Orders submitted to Austin Outdoor Power are filled from our location and/or multiple distributor's nationwide. All Shipping charges are non refundable no exceptions. If Part(s) are on "Back Order" you will be notified and it is your responsibility to verify your request to continue or cancel the order due to "Back Ordered" part(s). We do not guarantee all Parts in stock. All Parts and pictures are displayed for reference only, not as in stock. Austin Outdoor Power is a dealer not a manufacturer and not a distributor of all products displayed.
Order Acceptance:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Austin Outdoor Power reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are not always shipped complete. Items in stock will ship and the backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive in stock. All orders placed over $2000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Austin Outdoor Power is a reseller to end user, not a distributor or manufacturer and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Austin Outdoor Power. All credit card information must be processed through our secured system. Austin Outdoor Power or any of its employees and or representatives is not responsible for the miss use or unauthorized use of your credit card information. By placing an order at Austin Outdoor Power you agree that all information submitted to Austin Outdoor Power is accurate and that you are the authorized user for the Card information submitted.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Austin Outdoor Power shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price/quantity. Austin Outdoor Power shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Austin Outdoor Power shall issue a Credit/Refund to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy from Austin Outdoor Power is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Austin Outdoor Power's 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Austin Outdoor Power's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Austin Outdoor Power. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty if available is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Austin Outdoor Power will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 512-339-0971. No returns on Electrical, Seals and/or Gaskets (NO EXECPTIONS).
Damaged products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. If you throw away the box we cannot help you. If the original packaging received is thrown away we cannot file a claim with the carrier. With no packaging to show the damages during transit it's your word against theirs. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Austin Outdoor Power or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns excluding damaged items. Return Shipping is non refundable no exceptions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Austin Outdoor Power or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order is processed through our Secure Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Credit cards payments may be used. Once your order has passed review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipping.
NOTE - All orders submitted to Austin Outdoor Power are paid in full before Austin Outdoor Power orders parts from our suppliers. In the case of a Back ordered Items you will be notified promptly and it is your responsibility to confirm waiting or canceling back ordered Items.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse(s). Call 512-339-0971 to make any changes or if you have any questions regarding your Order. Orders or Back ordered Items cannot be canceled via E-Mail.
Ordering Parts
Most OEM parts such as Gravely, Toro, Echo, Snapper, Shindaiwa and Briggs & Stratton… take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in stock as stated above and then Austin Outdoor Power ships them from our location to yours. Some companies do not ship direct to you. OEM parts must be purchased from a certified OEM dealer. Austin Outdoor Power is a certified dealer for OEM brands listed at Austin Outdoor Power. If OEM parts are ordered along with aftermarket parts the Parts may be shipped from multiple locations. OEM parts are shipped from Our Location and the aftermarket parts are shipped from our warehouses located nationwide. If you chose Next day or 2nd day as your shipping method you will not receive OEM parts in the allotted time frame. Items with 0.00 costs will not be processed. Items listed at 0.00 dollars are discontinued or they have a new Part number. Please call for more information.
All parts listed on Austin Outdoor Power are replacement parts for valid model & serial number units only and we do not guarantee or warranty any parts purchased for the sole use of personal projects. If you purchase any item for the sole use of a personal project, it is non returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Check all Parts as soon as they are received from Austin Outdoor Power for quality. Check all blade part numbers to the packing list and packing list to the initial order that you placed before you mount them on your machine. Once mounted on machine (Blades are non refundable.) check to assure the clearance. Make sure the blades do not touch each other. Austin Outdoor Power or any of it employees and or associates are not responsible for damages that occur when using incorrect parts. If you ordered incorrect parts please see return policy. Austin Outdoor Power or any of it employees and or associates are not responsible for damages from Part/Parts installed by non certified mechanics.
