All shipments will be via ground service (48 contiguous states only at this time) unless other ship method is selected.
All small items will be shipped USPS for $10.99 unless specified by the customer.
All larger items will ship via UPS and Actual UPS freight for each shipment will be charged.
Freight is subject to change on over sized and heavy items. Customer will be notified of changes.
Returns must have prior approval and made within 30 days of purchase. Austin Outdoor Power must be notified of any discrepancies in the order within 48 hours of customer's receipt of the order.
Shipping and Handling
Our shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you choose (ground, air or overnight). Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed at Austin Outdoor Power. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available. Please DO NOT order next day delivery on Friday! No Next day air on orders placed on Friday. You will not receive them on Sat.
All next day air orders must be placed by 2:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday CST. All next day air orders placed after 2:00 P.M. Mon.-Thurs. will be placed on the following business day except Fri. You will not be credited for shipping for the one-day delay. 2:00 is our cut off time so 2:00 is your cut off time. Call for check on stock prior to placing next day air and 2nd day air orders. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Orders placed Mon. - Thurs. will be processed in the order they are received and may not be shipped until the following Business day. Orders placed after 5:00 P.M. CST will not be processed until the following business day. Our business hours for customer service are 8a.m. to 5 p.m. central. Mon.-Fri. Closed Sat. and Sun. You may place orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Next day and 2nd day orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. No Refunds on shipping for the delay will be applied. UPS or FEDEX do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Total time for Delivery
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items and 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for Items that are not in stock, are on Back Order, or for special order parts. Our Goal is to process all orders and Ship them within 24 hours of arrival.
