All SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE be sure that the item you are ordering is correct for you needs. SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT AOPE DOES NOT NORMALLY STOCK are never returnable. No returns are accepted without written approval from AOPE. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices without changing any of our web pages. We will NOT process any order in without the expressed approval of the customer if the price is different than published.
All "Approved" return items must be in original undamaged resellable packaging. A 20% restock fee will be applied and there are no refunds on freight charges.
Orders cannot be canceled. Once order is submitted we choose the warehouse that can complete your order and ship it from that location. This allows us to reduce shipping time and cost. When you receive it you must return it to Austin Outdoor Power 11104 North Lamar, Austin, TX 78753. Once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned parts only, minus the 20% restock fee. Shipping is non refundable. Manufacturers are upgrading/superseding part numbers to new part numbers as improvements are made, so please Confirm ALL Part Numbers BEFORE You Order Them.
Ordering incorrect part numbers is extremely costly and time consuming for both of us. If you do not have a valid Model and Serial Number to your unit or your unit is not listed on our Parts Diagram Page Austin Outdoor Power is/will not responsible for incorrect parts ordered and all applicable fees apply.
